Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Michael Rychlewski believes in dedication to a cause, conviction to the betterment of our world, and the “Canadian Dream”. With roots tracing back to Eastern Europe, Michael’s family fled their war-torn homelands in search of a brighter future in Canada. Michael advocates for the spirit of resilience and the fruits of hard work through discipline.
Michael served his home province as a Senior Advisor in the executive office of the Government of Ontario, providing strategic direction and coordination to Premier Ford. He’s taken roles in pivotal political campaigns such as the 2018 Ontario General election, and various national, local, and leadership elections, spanning from 2017 to 2022.
Michael's passion for leadership led him to enroll in Ivey Business School's renowned MBA program. During his MBA, Michael delved deep into policy and innovation at the Lawrence National Centre for Policy and Management, where he spearheaded research on Canadian innovation ecosystems and organized a national summit that sought to advocate for a prosperous path for Canada in an era of global volatility. Also during his year at Ivey, Michael’s thirst for entrepreneurship blossomed, which resulted in the birth of Bluebelt, where, as its Co-Founder and CEO, Michael has been steering the company's mission to empower employees and redefine the talent industry amidst the transformative era of AI.
Today, whether it's in the political arena planning trade missions or the dynamic world of business managing his company, Michael's core purpose remains unwavering: to make a positive and lasting impact. As a former political advisor, MBA graduate, and tech start-up founder, he strives for a journey of growth, human flourishing, and the pursuit of excellence.
